Roger Guerrero is the passionate force behind NZone Sports CenTex and Go Play Sports Inc., a youth sports organization that's redefining community engagement in San Antonio.

His journey began in the 1970s when his parents opened a local sports complex, planting the seeds of a lifelong commitment to youth development through play. During COVID-19, Roger saw children losing access to physical activity and launched programs serving over 2,000 children annually.

Roger's mission is to level the playing field by removing financial barriers, giving every child the chance to "Unplug and Have Fun" and "Get Out and Play."

Su Jin Letellier is an Employer-Sponsored Benefits Advocate with DEBS Insurance, helping businesses transform employee benefits into strategic, tax-advantaged tools for growth.

As Vice Chair of Go Play Sports Inc., Su brings her passion for equity and empowerment to support underserved youth in San Antonio. A former athlete herself, she believes the values learned on the field—resilience, teamwork, leadership—drive meaningful change in business and life.

For Su, it's all about giving people the tools to thrive—whether that's in the workplace or on the field.

Vilma Tovar is the Founder and Owner of CreativeIQ Digital Marketing, a Texas-based digital agency helping businesses grow through innovative strategies and measurable results.

Her community impact includes supporting initiatives like Swing for the Youth and the Two Step Gala with Team Ability. She speaks at universities and provides mentorship by taking in students to give them a head start in the professional world.

Through her leadership, Vilma bridges business growth with community impact—helping organizations tell their stories, expand their reach, and create lasting change.

Mike Dannelly is a San Antonio real estate agent with eXp Realty, blending nearly 30 years of sales and leadership experience with a personal, fun approach to helping clients buy and sell homes.

Beyond real estate, he founded Lone Star Improv, teaching youth and adults the power of "yes, and" through improv comedy, and performs stand-up comedy across Texas.

As a board member of Go Play Sports, Mike is passionate about ensuring all kids have the chance to experience teamwork, discipline, and joy of organized sports. His guiding principle—"Inspiration over Obligation"—shapes his mission to inspire, connect, and uplift others.

Paul McGehee serves on the golf tournament committee for Go Play Sports Inc. His family strongly believes in giving back to the community, and supporting kids is especially meaningful to them.

Paul runs 360 Painting of NW San Antonio & 360 Painting of Castle Hills, where they serve local families and businesses. He sees giving back through this tournament as another way to invest in the community they're blessed to work in every day.

Paul believes that children don't get to choose their circumstances, so when we have the chance to help open doors for them, it matters.

He works closely with business owners to implement tax-saving strategies, build retirement solutions, and create succession plans. He also supports families by providing guidance on life insurance, college funding, and investment strategies.

Fabian's collaborative mindset extends beyond his business: he builds relationships across the real estate and construction community, mentors emerging contractors, and engages in initiatives that strengthen San Antonio's neighborhoods.

Valerie is a licensed agent with New York Life Insurance Company who enjoys educating her clients on ways to protect their families and loved ones. She takes pride in helping clients analyze their needs and prepare strategies to help them meet their future goals.

She specializes in life insurance solutions, retirement planning, college funding, managing costs for extended periods of care, and lifetime income strategies.

Valerie is also passionate about supporting nonprofit organizations that give underprivileged kids the opportunity to play sports, because she believes every child deserves a chance to experience the confidence, teamwork, and joy that sports bring.
